Why the need for flowerpots.
Evolutionists like to tell you that you are just evolved "pond scum", with no eternal future or ongoing purpose, but that is not true, there is an eternal future, and you are a flower pot with a plant, and a glorious future.
There is a God who loves and cares for you, but you need to respond. His purpose with us is to grow up spiritual beings, and evaluate them before taking them into heaven to be with him permanently, at his expense, or else consign the unsuitable ones to the compost bin.

As I see it.
He had, as I see it, made the mistake of creating new eternal spirits in heaven, and then found that Lucifer had become proud and puffed up. Lucifer decided to "make himself like the most high" not equal to but similar. I suspect that the sin was that Lucifer became conceited and decided that he would exalt himself without Gods permission, and if he had then what might he have aspired to? Also one third of the angels joined with Lucifer in a rebellion and were forced out of heaven, so there was something big going on under the surface. Lucifer's name described his appearance and his purpose, but now changed to Satan to reflect his character. A murderer and a liar. He had conned a third of the angels who actually knew God, into rebelling, so how much easier to con simple humans who have never seen God, and set up his own kingdom on the earth, to be worshipped by them as if he is a god?

If God created new spiritual beings in heaven, and then found that their character was not suitable, they were subversive, arrogant or causing problems, then he would have to put them out. That would cause stress and doubt for others in heaven as they may feel that they might also be evicted, and worry about how they are perceived and judged. It is much better to test and evaluate before taking them into heaven. This requires some external place to create them and let them grow and then test them. The earth was created for this purpose, after Satan and the angels were evicted.

Satans Fall
Many christians hold to the view that Satan's fall was after the earth was created, and there was no time before this. The problem with that is what was God doing before he made the earth, in their view nothing and there was no time to do it. He would have had to have suddenly come into existence, realise he was God and decide to create our solar system and life all in an instant. Then they say that God has always existed, so what was he doing during the eons before our time? I believe he was making galaxies, solar systems etc, these may be a lot of fun to make but are impersonal. It was much better to make living creatures, but this eventually led to Satan's rebellion, hence the new strategy.

Our solar system had no time before it was created, but that doesn't mean that there was no time in other systems or places before our system was created, since God controls time as well as matter. Finally we are assured that in heaven we will have all eternity to worship God, and one song says "when we have been there ten thousand years we have no less time so sing his praise". This clearly means time as we know it, but we will be in the eternal time that God was in before, during and after, creating the earth, so time must have been experienced by those in heaven before, and after, the creation of the earth, and it will be continuing long after the world ceases to exist. Genesis Ch.1 verse 16 says "He also made the stars", I think this could be a comment made while on the subject of the sun and moon, that the stars were his handiwork, and they may have already been made earlier, not being a part of our solar system.

Planting into the flowerpots
At some very early stage after conception, God puts an eternal spirit into us. This is not composed of the atoms and chemistry of our bodies, but grows with us and will have our appearance when in heaven. This is much like our thoughts are not composed of the materials we are made of. Quite possibly the spirit helps to steer our initial assembly and growth. We also have a soul which is not composed of our atomic substance. If we pass the standard required our spirit, soul and re-composed body will be in heaven. We will be able to eat, but don't need to, so I assume that our bodies will be composed of something different to the present material.

The big question
So the big question is "how to attain the standard required", and it is easy. It has to be something that indicates that we won't be a problem, and will easily conform to the friendly worshiping environment in heaven. God will not need highly skilled people as he will provide everything. Scientists are not needed for their expertise as God knows it all. I hope there will be opportunities to learn about galaxies, and how things are specified in the DNA, and study many other things. He wants your worship, because you don't fight the one you are worshipping, he is the "boss" and not to be messed with.

Its not hard to do.
So how hard does the test have to be? Its really easy. Establish the right relationship with God now in this life, by repenting, believing and reading the Bible, and believing what God has told us, particularly about the end times we are now in, as that will help you to understand what is happening in the world. You don't get an opportunity after this life, because as soon as people emerge into, and realise there is, a spiritual life, they will change their mind, and suddenly profess great, but false, love for God, so send your love ahead to prepare the way.

Just assume that God is there and listening, talk directly to him. You can do that, it is easy for anyone. Don't send your prayers through someone else, because that could block your communication, but praying with someone to help you is good. When you do it, stick with it, you can't switch back and forth.

The spirit is already planted in you, be a good flower pot, and make sure it grows up to be beautiful, loving and of good character, God can wipe out all the sins from beforehand, you have already done a lot of them in Gods opinion, but some problems may be left for you to work out, but God can ease you through them.
