CHAPTER 21

“A little error mixed with truth is deception.”

Jesus warned His disciples that deception would prevail before His return. Satan is the master of deception, and his mission is “to steal, and to kill, and to destroy” you and those you love (John 10:10). He comes as a wolf in sheep's clothing, and he and his messengers present themselves as meek and humble, but their end objective is your destruction.

We have probably all been told the fact that a frog dropped into boiling water will immediately jump out. However, a frog already in cold water that is slowly brought to the boil will succumb and be killed.

Satan has used this tactic for centuries. Some examples are religious intolerance, shops open on Sundays, the fight to open shops on Christian holidays and Christmas cards with the inscription “Happy Holiday” or “Seasonal Greetings” - anything to obscure the true meaning and holiness to Christians, promiscuity, adultery and divorce almost the norm, with the huge numbers of single mothers left to bring up children, leading to huge numbers of men looking for sex, with rape and attacks on women and other men, violence as a result of lack of self-control, one result of not being married with responsibilities or being out of a job with time on their hands, churches conforming to the world to attract a congregation (with loud bands belting out choruses and omitting the message-filled hymns used in churches for centuries, and the theory of evolution.

Theory of Evolution

The theory of evolution is now taught as fact in schools and univerities, and is promoted in every scientific endeavour, or nature programme on TV. Anyone who believes in creation is ridiculed and often dismissed from his job, and not many Christian kids survive school or University with their Christian faith intact. Most people have been taught evolution as fact in schools for decades now, so disbelieve the Bible's account of creation, and many Christians have watered down their faith to try and fit evolution into creation, and become nominal Christians, losing their faith in the process. No wonder the numbers have dropped in Christian youth groups. Teenagers have no hope taught them, and no faith to stand on, and are wide open to the ideas flooding in from the world, and on internet.

Anti-Semitism

Derek Prince ^{(“The Root of Antisemitism”, Derek Prince)} said, “Anti-Semitism can be summed up in one word – MESSIAH! From its beginning, anti-Semitism had one source – Satan – who was motivated by the knowledge that the One who was to be his conqueror, the Messiah, would come through a people that would be specially prepared by God. This people would have one distinctive feature: the Messiah would be able to set an example of obedience to his earthly parents without dishonouring his heavenly Father by any form of idolatry. Moulded by God through many centuries, the Jewish people alone fulfilled this requirement.......from the birth of Israel onwards, Satan had unceasingly sought to do two things: to entice them into idolatry, and if that failed, to completely destroy them as a nation. Satan's attempts to entice Israel into idolatry are a recurring feature of their national history.

“Through His sacrificial death on the cross, Jesus fulfilled the purpose for which He came. As the representative of Israel and all nations, He satisfied the requirements of God's justice on our behalf and thus cancelled all Satan's claims against us. By this He imposed upon Satan a total, eternal, irrevocable defeat. The full outworking of this defeat, however, will only be consummated at the second coming of Jesus.”

“There is therefore one event which Satan fears more than all others and which he opposes by every means in his power: the return of Jesus in power and glory to establish His kingdom and to banish Satan from the earth. The opposition of Satan to the return of Jesus is the unseen force behind many of the conflicts and pressures in the contemporary world situation.”

The following are explanations for two of the main reasons why so many in the Church are anti-Semitic.

     Replacement Theology

Anti-Semitism

Replacement Theology started when there was a split between the infant church and the Jews, because of persecution from the Jews at first. Then both Jews and Christians were intensely persecuted for three centuries by the Romans. The split between the Jews and the church became worse when Emperor Constantine paganized the church. Constantine continued worshipping the sun god until he died, even though he supposedly had converted to Christianity. He hated the Jews because of their past uprisings against Roman rule, and all the trouble they had caused Rome, so, as head of the new paganized 'church', changed the Jewish aspects of Christianity to reflect the pagan world around him.

As the Romans, and paganized Christians, attacked Jews, killing huge numbers of them, mutual hatred began for one another. The so-called “Church Fathers”, most of whom had previously been disciples of Plato, Socrates and other Greek philosophers, were strongly anti-Semitic and caused lots of changes from the Jewish traditions in the church to suit their previous lifestyles, and began to teach what is now called Replacement Theology, which completely differs from what is taught in the scriptures and by the apostles. Martin Luther, later on, towards the end of his life, was one of the most vitriolic against the Jews. Because the scriptures are ignored, and their meaning changed, this Replacement Theology is a deception, and because it has been adopted throughout history, it has been the main cause of the murders of millions of Jews by the various Inquisitions, Pogroms, and, more recently, the Holocaust and world-wide anti-Semitism.

The Lord saw this coming and warned about “wolves in sheep's clothing” in Matt.7:15. The sad truth was that Jews were safer in Moslem communities than in so-called “Christian” communities. Unfortunately, most of the Bible colleges and seminaries teach this deception to their students, and they, in turn, pass it on to their congregations.

Derek Prince says in “Has the Church replaced Israel?”:

'In Jeremiah 31:35-36, the Lord says: “This is what the Lord says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar – the LORD Almighty is his name: 'Only if these decrees vanish from my sight,' declares the LORD, 'will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me.'”'

'The idea that God has finished with the Jewish people is not new. It gained a foothold in the first two centuries of the Church. Influenced by Rome and also by Greek thinking plus the influx of hundreds of Gentiles, the Church soon became distanced from its Jewish roots and heritage and took on an identity of its own. For example, the Greek word 'Christos' or 'Christ' was used instead of the Hebrew word 'Mashiach' or 'Messiah'. Some early Church fathers went further and openly encouraged distance from the Church's Hebrew roots, sowing early seeds of antisemitism.

'The apostle Paul states categorically in the book of Romans (Rom.11:1) that God has not rejected His people Israel.... Paul then goes on to explain some of God's purposes for the nation of Israel, that their hearts have been temporarily hardened against the gospel (Rom. 11:25) so that those preaching it would turn aside to the Gentiles and thus bring the gospel message of salvation to the whole world. He also says that when as a nation they recognize their long awaited Messiah, it will bring revival to the Church (Rom.11: 15) as Jew and Gentile become a united body of believers in the Lord Jesus for through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father (Eph.2:11-18).'

[It was because of curses for disobedience] '...history tells us, [God] scattered them to the four corners of the earth. But there was always a promise that in God's heart there was a commitment to restoration. This commitment took the form of an everlasting covenant (Gen. 17:7-8) and the restoration a physical return to the land that God had given them (Ezekiel 20:41-42) and in the fullness of time a spiritual restoration as God's people (Jer. 31:33). God has promised both, and the physical return to the land of Israel is a visible sign that God has not forgotten either promise. This is the key that is vital for us to understand as Gentiles in the Church.

'The return of the Jewish people to the land of Israel is inextricably linked with the second coming of the Lord Jesus (Matt. 23:37-39) and shows the world that God keeps His Word and His promises.'

'The rebirth of the nation of Israel in 1948.....shows us that God still has a purpose for the Jewish nation. We must remember that as they gather, it is to their Promised Land, and specifically Jerusalem, where our Saviour will physically return. It shows that the prophetic time clock is ticking. No wonder the enemy is doing all he can to cause trouble over it!

'The Church then must pray for the Jewish people, befriend them, encourage their return to the land, knowing that the very character of God is the issue at stake and realizing that one day the destiny of the Church and Jewish nation will come together in glorious fulfilment of God's purposes!'

Eradication of all Jewishness in the Pagan Church/OR the Amalgamation of all Paganism into the Christian Church/AND Divide and Conquer!

The following quotes are taken from “The Great Controversy”, How the Sabbath was changed to Sunday, E.G., p.614-616:

“It must be confessed that there is no law in the New Testament concerning the first day.” - McClintock and Strong, Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theo-logical and Ecclesiastical Literature, Vol. 9, p. 196.

“Remains of the struggle [between the religion of Christianity and the religion of Mithraism] are found in two institutions adopted from its rival by Christianity in the fourth century, the two Mithraic sacred days: December 25, 'dies natalis solis' [birthday of the sun], as the birthday of Jesus, - and Sunday, 'the venerable day of the Sun', as Constantine called it in his edict of 321.” - Walter Woodburn Hyde, Paganism to Christianity in the Roman Empire, p. 60.

“Is it not strange that Sunday is almost universally observed when the Sacred Writings do not endorse it? Satan, the great counterfeiter, worked through the 'mystery of iniquity' to introduce a counterfeit Sabbath to take the place of the true Sabbath. Sunday stands side by side with Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Holy (or Maundy) Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Whitsunday, Corpus Christi, Assumption Day, All Soul's Day, Christmas Day, and a host of other ecclesiastical feast days too numerous to mention. This array of Roman Catholic feasts and fast days are all man-made. None of them bears the divine credentials of the Author of the Inspired Word.” - M.E. Walsh.

“When Christianity conquered Rome, the ecclesiastical structure of the pagan church, the title and the vestments of the 'pontifex maximus', the worship to the 'Great Mother' goddess and a multitude of comforting divinities, the joy or solemnity of old festivals, and the pageantry of immemorial ceremony, passed like material blood into the new religion – and captive Rome conquered her conqueror. The reins and skills of government were handed down by a dying empire to a virile papacy.” - Will Durant, Caesar and Christ, p. 672.

This change of names, etc. is pure deception by the paganized church, namely the Roman Catholic Church. Unfortunately, the Anglican church took this deception on board when it split from the Roman Catholic Church when Henry VIII declared himself Head of the Church in England, and the man-made changes have only been reversed by the Seventh Day Adventists so far, but without embracing the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Holy Spirit.

(2) Palestinian Liberation Theology

This deception was dreamed up by anti-Semitics who mistakenly thought the so-called “Palestinians” should have a state of their own, as (they thought) they were the first people in Israel. Of course, they don't know their history, and are blinded by hatred of the Jews.

The children of Israel (Jacob) have been in the land of Israel for four thousand years. They were given the “Promised Land” by God, after he rescued them from captivity in Egypt. They had to fight the former inhabitants to cleanse the land of the idol-worshipping peoples who sacrificed their babies and children to demons and practised human sacrifice. God used the people of Israel to cleanse the land, and then they were allowed to live in the land, on condition they kept His commandments. He warned them that if they did not, they would be uprooted from the land for a time, but would be returned when they repented. That was why the ten Northern Tribes were taken from the land of Israel by the Assyrians in 722 B.C. and totally assimilated by the many nations they were taken to, and Judea and Benjamin were removed to Babylon by the Babylonians in 587 or 586 B.C., but were allowed to return later. Then in AD 70, the Romans removed them all from Israel, and scattered them all over the world. This was a punishment by God for not keeping God's commandments and because they had rejected their promised Saviour and crucified Him.

God always promised them they would return, that he would gather them and bring them back to Israel permanently. As this was in preparation for the return of the Lord Jesus, His enemies (ruled by Satan) have tried their best to wipe them out, or wipe out Jerusalem, so that the Messiah could not return to rule the world and defeat Satan's minions permanently, and throw Satan into the lake of fire eternally.

Because of this, Israel's chief enemies, the Moslems, have been doing their best to destroy Israel directly and indirectly. After the Six Day War in 1967, Yasser Arafat and the PLO called the group of people living around Gaza “Palestinians”, and started inciting them to violence to demand a state of their own. These people were never “Palestinians” as there was no state called Palestine. A Roman emperor called the land of Israel “Palestine” to obliterate the true name from historical records because he hated them. The name “Palestine” existed until the Nation of Israel was declared in 1948, and the land and the people got the name “Israel” back again. This was after The British Partition of Palestine in 1917, Balfour Declaration 1921 and San Remo Convention of 1923 all legally gave the land to the Jews as their homeland, but stole great chunks of the tiny land to bribe the oil-rich Arab countries to keep the supply of oil coming to them, and then they prevented the Jews from returning en masse to their own land. The countries involved in these legal agreements, in particular Britain, therefore were responsible for the deaths in the Holocaust, by cutting off their escape route from the Nazis in Germany and other countries in Europe.

The so-called “Palestinians” are actually foreigners from lots of foreign lands, who came to Israel to work. They found the living conditions much better in Israel than in their own lands, so burned their passports and stayed put when it was time to return home. They were Moslems and Arabs, who hated the Jews, so didn't assimilate with the Jews peacefully as other immigrants had done, but have been causing trouble, and telling lies by the bucketful, left, right and centre (recently by the mouth of Mahmoud Abbas, who has been inciting them to murder the Jews to get them out of the land they want to take over). They have told terrible lies about the Temple Mount where the Moslems have built the Dome of the Rock, that the Israelis are trying to destroy this, and that has incited many hot-blooded Moslems to murder innocent Israelis in retaliation.

It is not so much Palestinian Liberation Theology as a take-over by violence by the Moslems of the land God gave to the Israelis, which the Moslems have no right to.

The Israelis are fighting for their very existence, and the world, because they are anti-Semitic, is backing the aggressors.

Derek Prince says, “Our attitude towards the return of Jesus is revealed by two things: our concern for world evangelization and our concern for the reestablishment of the Jews in their own land. If we are indifferent towards world evangelization, we are in fact – whether we acknowledge it or not – indifferent to the return of Jesus.

“Probably there are many Christians who would give at least lip service to the urgency of world evangelism, but who are still blind to the significance of the restoration of Israel. Yet both alike are main themes of the prophetic Scriptures and of the words of Jesus Himself.

“The issue of Israel's restoration goes much deeper than theology or intellectual understanding. Ultimately it is spiritual. The spirit that opposes the reestablishment of Israel is the spirit that opposes the return of Jesus. Though it may wear many disguises, it is the spirit of Satan himself.” ^{(“The Root of Antisemitism”, Derek Prince)}

Deception in the Church

Every split in the church was over a new doctrine. Discernment is needed to decide whether they are now to be included in the “true church”, as the doctrine they split off for may have blinded their eyes to the full truth of the Christian faith. They may be fixed in their view, and permanently stuck outside the full truth of the Christian faith. Divine wisdom is needed to ascertain whether their beliefs now are compatible with the Bible or not.

For example, Seventh Day Adventists, who believe Christians should worship on the Sabbath, Saturday, the same as the Jews who began the Christian faith, and which is correct. However, the Seventh Day Adventists don't acknowledge the part the Holy Spirit should play in conversion, worship, speaking in tongues, and prayer, etc. The Holy Spirit seems to be left out of their services.

How the Church was infiltrated

It was the Roman Emperor, Constantine, AD 313 (who saw a vision of a cross in the sky, before a battle) and for other political reasons declared he was converting to Christianity, made Christianity the state religion, and demanded every person become a Christian. He made himself head of the church, introducing the imperial robes and rites into the church, as well as causing hordes of pagans avoiding the death penalty to become “Christians”. He wanted to stay pagan, even though he claimed he was “Christian”. He was responsible for changing the day of worship from Saturday to Sunday (as he worshipped the Sun God, Balder), and he also changed other Jewish feasts, etc., to pagan names. For example, 25^th December, the feast of the pagan god, Saturn, who enjoyed drinking and revelry, was renamed “Christmas” to celebrate Christ's birthday (the date of which is unknown, but probably in September at Tabernacles as Bethlehem was full and there was no room at the inn), and the feast of Ishtar, a Babylonian goddess of fertility, was renamed Easter, to celebrate the resurrection of Christ. Another reason that he hated the Jews, and wanted to wipe out all connection with them, was that their constant riots were costly.

The Roman Catholic Church is the paganized church from the time of Constantine. They have statues, idols, and worship and venerate the Virgin (perpetually) Mary as the “mother of God”, who is more worthy than Christ, so acts as the mediator of the people to God. They give all the attributes of Christ to Mary, and Christ is barely mentioned. They believe all the lies made up by the Pope and Vatican in the Middle Ages and up to the present to raise money, e.g. Purgatory, indulgences, etc., and assert that the Communion bread and wine is actually transformed into the actual body and blood of Christ at every mass. There are many more terrible heresies, which exclude them from being true Christians. They are false to the roots. None of them know if they are saved, as they pay the church to forgive every sin they commit, with many more sins outstanding all the time, and continue doing this until they finally die, lost souls. They have no salvation experience.

That is why Ecumenism is so wrong. It ignores the blood-bought Protestantism, persecution and burnings at the stake, for their true belief in Christ, inflicted by the Catholics throughout the centuries. The Roman Catholic Church is like a leopard – it never changes its spots. Don't believe what they are proclaiming. They still want to burn us as heretics. Study their history and beliefs to discover how deceived they are: their persecutions, murders, inquisitions of true believers and Jews. This “church” has never acknowledged these as sin, or confessed and asked forgiveness . They still have their Office of Inquisition (with a new name now) - Pope Benedict held the office of Grand Inquisitor before becoming Pope! In this “church” the Pope is considered “infallible”! They have fingers in every political pie in the world, and were responsible for electing Mussolini to power in Italy, and Hitler in Germany, and turned a blind eye to the Holocaust. They also were instrumental in collapsing the USSR and bringing down the Berlin Wall, and for murdering the Serbs during the Bosnian war, because they were not Catholics.

Unfortunately, many well-known Christian leaders have been taken in by the message of Ecumenism, paying no attention to the fact that the Vatican insists that no Catholics are evangelised by evangelicals, while the Catholics evangelise freely, not to bring people to Christ, but to join the Catholic church. The Emergent Church

Are you aware that The Emergent Church, a new heretical theology from hell, is infiltrating our churches? This is a spiritual cancer plague that is causing a physical falling away of believers. So-called Pastors and Bible teachers like Rob Bell and Brian Maclaren are teaching thousands of their followers that the Bible needs to be made relevant for the times, that there is no such thing as outright truth, even in the Bible. They embrace and pass on to the people under their deceptive spell a lot of New Age and Occult doctrines, even claiming that Jesus and Buddha are equals, and that you can be a Buddhist and a Christian at the same time. This is primarily a Western Church problem at present. This Emergent Church wants to change the Word of God to be more relevant in today's world. The opposite is true. The Church is called to help today's world become more relevant for life in the Kingdom of God.

False Rapture Theories

Another deception is that Christians will be raptured before the Tribulation, and wil escape all those horrors. Information about this is in extracts from Dr. Selwyn Steven's book, Apocalypse Soon: The End Times Explained: The Rapture Options:

“The Rapture Options

“I'm sure you know that the word 'Rapture' never occurs in the Bible – however the concept does. The word 'Rapture' implies a catching up or seizing. It implies the physical removal of the saints (believers in the Lord Jesus) from the surface of the earth (see 1 Thess. 4:17).

“There are three main views about the Rapture, which we will now investigate. Some believe Jesus will return secretly and snatch away His disciples, and they will all return to public view, along with those resurrected dead in Christ, some seven years after their disappearance, following the terrible time called “The Great Tribulation”. This belief is commonly called 'Pre-Trib.'

“Others believe it will occur half-way through the Tribulation, allegedly three and a half years into the seven-year Tribulation. This is called 'Mid-Trib.'

“Still others believe that the Rapture coincides with Christ's visible return at the end of the Tribulation period, when He establishes His Millennial Kingdom on earth, and rules from Jerusalem for the one thousand years. This view is called 'Post-Trib.'

“There is a fourth view, that of a 'Partial Rapture', with some believers who are living holy lives being raptured prior to the Tribulation, with less than holy or obedient believers having to endure the Tribulation. This is a sort of punishment for not being ready – in part taken from the Parable of the five wise and five foolish virgins. This is a false understanding of this parable, in my view, since the five foolish virgins were left out of God's kingdom – the ultimate penalty. I can find little actual support for this Partial view.

“The biggest debate among Christians is on the order and timing of the Rapture and its sequence with the Tribulation. Since these views are quite diverse, there must be some Scriptures which support each view, or which are interpreted to do so. We saw in Matthew 14:36 and elsewhere that no human knows when this will occur. However, in relation to other events, we can know from the Bible the order of these events.....We must be very clear not to assume what the Bible doesn't make clear.

[Most Christians in this affluent society cannot bear to think that we have to go through persecution and martyrdom by terrorists and governments who hate Christians and Jews. Unfortunately, author John Hagee, the writers of the popular series of “Left Behind” books, Hal Lindsay (“The Late Great Planet Earth”), and many other Christians, are of this Pre-Trib. view. However, Jesus, who is the Truth, describes how most of his flock will be killed during this terrible time before He comes back, so He refers to those who remain. Most of us will die when we refuse the mark of the Beast. We have to be realistic and believe what we read in the Bible. We have to prepare for the awful time ahead, and strengthen ourselves in the Lord. We have to choose to serve the Lord, even if it means death.

In Matthew 29: 9-13 Jesus describes the persecution and martyrdom of the faithful, and general hatred by all nations because of Him, the apostasy leading to betrayal and hatred towards Christ-followers, false prophets and deception. However, “...he who stands firm to the end will be saved”. The gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations and then the end will come.]

“in both Matthew 24:27-31 and 1 Thess. 4:14-17, Christ appears in the air; there are loud noises like shouting and trumpets. Disciples of Jesus who had previously died arise in resurrection; living disciples arise to meet Him in the air. This is the same event, in the same context and with the same language.

“There is some truly great news in this – every disciple of Jesus will always remain with Him from that moment onwards. We will never be separated from Jesus ever again! That is wonderful news.

“Let us now look at 1 Cor. 15:51-52. 'Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed – in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.'

“Here we have another description, the twinkling of an eye – very quickly; and at the 'Last Trumpet'. In my dictionary 'last' means there won't be another one to follow it, so 'Last' means the very end one. This is basic English.”

['Last' means the very end one, possibly where the seventh trumpet is being blown in Revelation 8-11. The connection could be in Chapter 11 verse 15, where it says: 'The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.' 'Has become' marks the spot when the Rapture takes place and where Christ returns, bringing his army with Him.]

“Look again at those words from 1 Cor. 15:51-52 – the dead are raised and those still alive shall be changed. This can only describe the Rapture as best we understand it. It leaves us with only one possible consistent conclusion – the Rapture cannot occur prior to the Last Trumpet. Since that Last Trumpet is also the appearing in Glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, Scripture and logic show that when He comes, we go to be with Him, and the sinful are dealt with simultaneously.

“In fact, in the Matt. 24 passage, Jesus Himself points out these things occur 'Immediately after the tribulation of those days.' Also, the passage from 1 Thess. 4 speaks of those who remain until His coming.

“Turn to Matthew 13, 24-30 and 36-43 to help tie all these threads together.... In v.30 it says: “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”

“I cannot find a single Scripture which shows the righteous being removed from the wicked. Check Matt. 13:47-51, when Jesus explains through the Parable of the Dragnet, thereby confirming that the first “taking away” are the unrighteous – those in rebellion to God and who are not faithful disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Elsewhere Jesus provides more pertinent information.

[In Matthew 24:36-42 This is a picture of the judgment of the wicked and the righteous when Christ comes back. This is another picture of when Christ comes back and judges the wicked, and the righteous inherit a cleansed earth.]

^“Noah's situation is often used by supporters of the Pre-Trib. Rapture view, claiming that Noah was taken from the flood in a type of rapture. The facts are that Noah was not removed from the earth, but he and his family were put in a boat, and protected from the judgment of water outside. Please note – the ark was a life-boat; not a sky rocket! They were kept from drowning. The flood took the wicked, while Noah remained and ended up inheriting a cleansed earth. The earth had been baptised by immersion (since sprinkling couldn't do the job), while the next major judgement will be a baptism of fire.^{Apocalypse Soon: The End Times Explained, P. 45, Selwyn Stevens PhD.}

^“The above passage in Matthew 24 also raises another matter which we need to resolve. Verses 40 and 41 speak of two people together with one being removed or taken. I know of few people who don't automatically apply this to the rapture. Let us look at a parallel passage.

“'I tell you, in that night, there will be two men in one bed: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in a field: one will be taken and the other left.' And they answered and said to Him, 'Where, Lord?' 'Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together,' (Luke 17:34-37).

“Now this is interesting. The NIV translation says for verse 37, 'He replied, “Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather.”' The Amplified, CEV, ICB, LB, and NIV all state “vultures” - not eagles. RSV has a footnote saying the same. Many writers add their support to this too. The point is that vultures are scavengers, and swift to discover carrion, while an eagle never eats dead meat, only living prey it has caught and killed itself.

“So one is taken and the other left. Is this really about the Rapture? Who says the righteous are taken? The spiritual status of these people isn't mentioned. Even Dr. John F. Walvoord, prominent Pre-Trib. Rapture writer says, “It should be clear that the ones taken are put to death and their bodies consumed by the vultures. If the ones taken are killed, then verses 40 & 41 of Matthew 24 speak precisely the same kind of judgement. Matthew 24 is just the reverse of the Rapture, not the Rapture itself.” ^{(The Blessed Hope and the Tribulation,” by J.F. Walvoord, P. 90)}

“Those 'taken' are the wicked, who are taken in judgment – just as the wicked of Noah's time (mentioned above) are taken in judgment. Those 'left' are the righteous who remain to enjoy the blessing of the Millenium which will follow Christ's return to earth.' ^{(“Pentecostal Evangel”, Springfield Missouri, Jan.1, 1967, p.4)}

“Every Bible verse which speaks of this matter shows the unrighteous are taken or removed, and the righteous remain. 1 Thess. 5:3 says that unbelievers will be taken in death when the sudden destruction comes which accompanies the Lord's Return. Also, in Ephesians 6:13 the disciples of Jesus are commanded to put on their armour so they can withstand the evil day; not so they can escape it!”

“....someone mentioned to me that the Pre-Trib view hadn't been thought of until 1830. Curiosity caused me to commence a search which has lasted for over twenty-five years, so far......let me provide quotations from authorities I respect because of the diligence of their Bible study and explanation.

“The Pre-Tribulation Rapture History - Four Views

“David Pawson wrote: “There was no trace of it [pre-Trib. teachings] prior to 1830, which makes one wonder why, if it is clearly to be found in scripture.

“The origin is shrouded in mystery, though some claim it lies in a 'prophecy' given by one Margaret Macdonald in Port Glasgow, Scotland (see a number of books by Dave MacPherson, for example The Great Rapture Hoax, New Puritan Library, 1983).

“It clearly emerged in the teaching of the Rev. Edward Irvine (who left a church in Scotland to found the Catholic Apostolic church whose empty 'cathedral' still stands in Albury near Guildford in Surrey); Dr. Henry Drummond (owner of Albury Court, in the library of which were held prophetic conferences, to which came the following: Rev. John Nelson Darby (who left the Anglican church in Dublin to found the 'Brethren').

“It was.... [Darby] who did more than any other to popularise the novel doctrine. Though some of his colleagues in the movement (such as George Muller, of Bristol orphanage fame) never accepted the idea of a 'secret rapture', it became the 'orthodox' teaching from which few later dared to deviate.

“Crossing the Atlantic, Darby persuaded a lawyer, Dr. C.I. Scofield, to adopt this concept. He in turn incorporated it into the 'Scofield' Bible, which combined interpretative comments and the inspired text in such a way that readers were hardly able to distinguish between the two. They found the secret rapture in the 'Bible'! “Bill Britton, an American pastor, writes: “Perhaps you have heard of the Irvingite movement known as the Catholic Apostolic Church. The Encyclo-paedia Britannica (volume 12, 1966 issue, pages 648-649) describe Edward Irving and the controversy over his teaching in Scotland and England in the early 1800s. He was excommunicated by the London presbytery, and in 1833 was condemned and deposed from the ministry of the Church of Scotland because of his teaching concerning the 'sinfulness of Christ's humanity'. He also began to teach a 'rapture of the Church', after a young Scottish lass by the name of Margaret Macdonald went into a trance and described a vision in which she saw the saints leaving the earth at the return of the Lord, before the tribulation. Her trance and vision took place in the spring of 1830, while living in Port Glasgow, Scotland. Her 'revelation' was recorded as a book written by R.N. Norton and printed in London in 1861. I have a copy of this portion of the book, although it is now out of print and almost impossible to obtain.

“Prior to this time, the Church, clear back to the Apostles, had always preached that the Church would go victoriously through the tribulation. There is no record of the 'escape rapture' theory being preached before 1830. On April 30, 1831, a Mrs. J.B. Cardale, who later joined Edward Irving's church, had uttered a personal revelation in a home prayer meeting, echoing Margaret Macdonald's revelation of a pre-tribulation rapture.

“It was from this supposed revelation that the modern doctrine and modern phraseology respecting it arose; and it came not from Scripture, but from that which falsely pretended to be the Spirit of God. Edward Irving accepted this teaching, and it was taught at prophetic meetings at Powerscourt House in Ireland, attended much by Plymouth Brethren organiser John Darby. Irving's views influenced Darby, CH Mackintosh, and CI Scofield (whose Bible notes popularised the new theory). So it was a young Scottish girl who originated this idea, and is so recorded on page 15 of Norton's book on the Catholic Apostolic Church. “Stephen Swihart wrote: “Post-tribulationism...is the Second Coming and the Rapture constitute a single event – after the tribulation period....Pre-tribulationism, and all the other positions, are new doctrines, arising in the last hundred years or so. The oldest, and most honoured position throughout church history has held this view of (Post-trib).” ^{“Armageddan 198?” by Stephen Swihart p.251)}

“Corrie Ten Boom wrote: “There are some among us teaching there will be no tribulation, that the Christians will be able to escape all this. These are the false teachers that Jesus was warning us to expect in the latter days. Most of them have little knowledge of what is already going on across the world. I have been in countries where the saints are already suffering terrible persecution...'Millions of Christians were tortured to death. Later I heard a Bishop (Dzao) from China say, sadly, 'We have failed. We should have made the people strong for persecution, rather than telling them Jesus would come first. Tell the people how to be strong in times of persecution, how to stand when the tribulation comes – to stand and not faint.'

“'I feel I have a divine mandate to go and tell the people of this world that it is possible to be strong in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are in training for the tribulation, but more than sixty percent of the Body of Christ across the world has already entered into the tribulation. There is no way to escape it. Reasons for Rejecting Pre-Trib and Mid-Trib Rapture Views

[The popularisation of the Pre-Tribulation view started with a false entry in the Scofield Reference Bible in Matthew 13: 24-30, 36-43, the parable of the wheat and the tares. If you look at all other translations of this passage, it says that the tares are gathered up and burned at the same time as the wheat is gathered into his barn. The Scofield Bible Notes state the exact opposite of the Scripture about which it is commenting! This has propagated this false teaching.]

Dr. Selwyn Stephens writes: “The Schofield Reference Bible says [for vv.30 and 40-43] 'At the end of this age the tares are set apart for burning, but first the wheat is gathered into the barn.' ^{(Schofield Reference Bible p.1016)} But in [all other versions of the Bible] Matthew 13:40-43, the separation of the righteous from the others is at the end. […..and] actually states in v.30, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” Why do the Schofield Bible Notes state the opposite of the Scriptures about which it is commenting? This amendment by Scofield is disturbing.

“Matthew 13 says the righteous and the unrighteous (wicked) grow together until the end, or harvest. If the Pre-Trib rapture did happen, then this Scripture is false. Since these are the clear words of the Lord Jesus Christ we are left with three options. Either Jesus lied; or He made a mistake or was confused; or a Pre-Trib Rapture cannot occur.” ^{Apocalypse Soon: The End Times Explained, P. 44, Selwyn Stevens PhD.”}

[Matthew 13 actually says the righteous and the wicked grow together until the end, or harvest. The Lord Jesus, who is the Truth, certainly did not lie. When He comes the second time, as Judge, He will judge the wicked, and they will be killed, and vultures and other scavengers will eat them.

Scripture is clear that the Lord expects us to be on the alert for the time He is coming in the clouds to take his bride to heaven. Why? The answer is in the Word of God.

But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.

So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you.

Part of Satan's deception is to persuade Christians they would get a “Get Out of Gaol Free card”, by deceiving them into thinking they would escape before the really bad stuff comes. That would prevent them even considering getting ready before the Tribulation (and the Mark) come, such as stocking up food supplies, growing vegetables and fruit, getting savings out of digital form (where it can be removed by the government without permission) and into solid investments, spreading the Good News by funding various missionary endeavours, etc., and most importantly, warning other Christians, and sharing the Good News with all who will listen.]

“Historically, God's people have gone through intense suffering. All of the disciples of Jesus, except John, were brutally murdered. Thousands of early Christians were torn to shreds...in the coliseum. Millions of others were horribly tortured by the Inquisition and burned to ashes during the Dark Ages. Millions of believers have suffered terribly (under communism and Islam), and yet American Christians say 'God wouldn't allow us to go through the tribulation.'(^{“End Time Delusions” by Steve Wohlberg p.34)”}

“Rapture teachers contend the church won't be here for Armageddan. Is this true? The word 'Armageddan' is used only once in the entire Bible, in Rev.16:16, which is the great chapter about the falling of the seven last plagues. Right before verse 16, during the time of the plagues, Jesus Christ thunders: 'Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame. And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddan.' (Rev.16:15-16)

“Did you catch that? Who is Jesus talking to? To the Church! At the time of verse 15, while the seven plagues are falling, which is definitely the tribulation, and right before the battle of Armageddan, Jesus Christ has not yet come as a thief! Therefore He must come like a thief at Armageddan, after the tribulation, and this must be the time when He comes to gather His church.” ^{(“End Time Delusions” by Steve Wohlberg p.35)}

[The passage from I Thessalonians 4:15-17 speaks of those who remain until His coming, who have survived the Tribulation.]

Jesus Christ is telling us to stay on the alert and to wake up! Because if we are not watching for His return, we will not be prepared for persecution, and we will not survive the future horrors of the Antichrist.

When He does eventually return, probably at the end of the seven-year period:

Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed - in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

(I Corinthians 15:52)

“The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout” and summon the righteous from their graves with the sound of the trump.

(I Thessalonians 4:16-17)

The Rapture takes place after the tribulation of those days:

… and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

(1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17)

The loud trump is blown at the second coming of Jesus Christ, as recorded in Matthew 24:30-31:

Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

We are commanded to “watch”, which means we must know the prophecies, and diligently look for God's announcements in the heavens through signs such as the Four Blood Moons. The Bible is clear that only those who “watch” will be counted worthy to be raptured.

1 Thessalonians 1:10 says: “... and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead – Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.” We go through the tribulation, but are spared the wrath of God at the end.

Also, 1 Thessalonians 5:9 says: “For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We are removed from the earth before God's wrath is poured out on the wicked.]

[David Pawson writes:] “There is also negative deterrent associated with His coming. The 'faithful saying'...'If we disown Him, He will also disown us (2 Tim.2:12). This warning is based on Jesus' own words: 'But whoever disowns Me before men, I will disown him before My Father in heaven', (Matt.10:33).

“This is precisely the danger addressed in the letter to the Hebrews. Believing Jews were tempted to leave the church and return to the synagogue in order to avoid the growing persecution of the Christians. To be accepted back they would be required to renounce belief that Jesus was the Messiah. They are warned that it is impossible to repent of such apostasy (Heb.6:4-6). When He returns, Jesus will 'not be pleased' with those who shrink back (literally lower their sails) – and are destroyed (Heb.10:37-38). ^{(“When Jesus Returns,” by David Pawson p.80)”}

“In his book, 'Till Armageddan', Billy Graham pointed out that Christians need to get ready to suffer in general and, specifically, to suffer persecution, from now until the battle of Armageddan. (The Battle of Armageddan, of course, occurs at the end of the great tribulation.) Many other writers, such as Dave Wilkerson, have also warned Christians to get ready for persecution. These writers are right on target with what Christ had to say:

“Then they will deliver you [up to] tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations on account of My name. And at that time many will fall away and will deliver up one another and hate one another.” (Matthew 24:9-10)

“We see here that many Christians will be killed because they cling to the name of Jesus. The sad thing is that many Christians will fall away and many will become traitors and will deliver up other followers of Jesus Christ to the authorities. It also says that these 'Christians' who turn in the true, solid believers, will actually hate them. Thus, we see the persecution coming out of 'Christendom', as well as from non-Christian sources.” ^{(“The Rapture Book” by Dr. James McKeever, p.37-38)}

“The brightest crowns that are worn in heaven have been tried, and smelted, and polished and glorified through the furnaces of tribulation.” ^{(Edwin Hubbel Chapin 1814-1880)}

“Right in the middle of the biggest trouble comes the plea: 'This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. (Rev.14:12 NIV).” ^{(“When Jesus Returns” by David Pawson, p.112)}

“This is a faithful saying:

For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him.

If we endure, We shall also reign with Him.

If we deny Him, He also will deny us.

If we are faithless, He remains faithful: He cannot deny Himself.”

(2 Tim. 2:11-12)

Please be like the Bereans, who studied the Scriptures to see if these things are correct. Check this out yourself.

Jesus, who is the Truth, described how most of his flock will be killed during this terrible time before He comes back, so He refers to those who remain. Most of us will die when we refuse the mark of the Beast (Rev.13:15-17). We have to be realistic and believe what we read in the Bible. We have to prepare for the awful time ahead (Rev. 6 – Seals, Rev. 7:9-17 – Martyrs, Rev.8:5-9:21, Rev.11:13, 19 – earthquakes, Rev.12:17 – persecution, Rev.13:9-10, 15-17 - persecution) and strengthen ourselves in the Lord. We have to choose to serve the Lord, even if it means death.

In Matthew 24: 9-13, Jesus describes the persecution and martyrdom of the faithful, and general hatred by all nations because of Him. Also the apostasy leading to betrayal and hatred towards Christ-followers. He warns us of false prophets and deception. However, He said, “...he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations and then the end will come.” vv 13,14.

Jesus Himself points out:

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”

(Matthew 24:29-31)

Jesus' second coming will be visible to everybody:

“Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye shall see him, even those who pierced him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him.”

(Revelation 1: 7)

The Jews will mourn because they will realize they crucified their Messiah. The wicked will mourn because they will realize the Christian message was true: the Christians were saved from the judgment of the wicked, which the wicked now knew they had to face themselves.

The passage from I Thessalonians 4:15-17 (below) speaks of those who remain until His coming, who have survived or even been saved during the Tribulation. There is no possibility of salvation once the Rapture takes place, whenever that takes place, as the Holy Spirit will depart the earth with the raptured saints.

“According to the Lord's own word, we tell you, that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive, and are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will be with the Lord for ever. Therefore, encourage each other with these words.”

According to I Thessalonians 4:16, the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, and summon the righteous from their graves with the sound of the trump. Then the live saints will also rise, but both alive and dead will rise from the earth. Their clothing will be left behind, but they will be gone.

The Seventh Trumpet

Is this seventh trumpet the Last Trumpet that heralds the return of the Lord Jesus and takes his elect dead and remaining alive to be with him forevermore? He returns to punish the world for their wickedness, and to judge the dead apppropriately:

“The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in Heaven, which said: 'The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.'

“And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before King Jahmor, fell on their faces and worshipped King Jahmor, saying:

“'We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is, and who was, because you have taken your great power, and have begun to reign. The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets, and your chosen people, and those who reverence your name, both small and great – and for destroying those who destroy the earth.'

“Then God's temple in Heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of His covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a great hailstorm.”

(Revelation 11:15-19

Seven Angels With Seven Plagues

“I saw in heaven another great and marvellous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues – last, because with them God's wrath is completed. And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast, and his image, and over the number of his name. They held harps given them by God, and sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb:

“'Great and marvellous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages. Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.'

“After this, I looked, and in heaven the temple, that is, the tabernacle of the Testimony, was opened. Out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues. They were dressed in clean, shining linen, and wore golden sashes round their chests. Then one of the living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power, and no-one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

(Revelation 15: 1-8)

Seven Bowls of God's Wrath

“Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, 'Go, pour out the seven bowls of God's wrath on the earth.'

“The first angel went, and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly and painful sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshipped his image.

“The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead man, and every living thing in the sea died.

“The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: 'You are just in these judgments, you who are, and who were, the Holy One, because you have so judged; for they have shed the blood of your chosen ones and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve.'

“And I heard the altar respond: 'Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.'

“The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat, and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.

“The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness. Men gnawed their tongues in agony, and cursed the God of heaven, because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.

“The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

“'Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake, and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked, and be shamefully exposed.'

“Then they gathered the kings together to the place that, in Hebrew, is called Armageddon.”

God is in control of time, and He lives outside of time, so only He knows how he manages to get these events to follow on from one another. Ask Him yourself when you get to Heaven. I have tried to follow events purely from scripture verses, and believe this is the order of events. Somewhere in the midst of all these events is the Marriage Supper of the Lamb as well!! It probably takes place in the Millenium, when there is peace at last.

We are commanded to “watch”, which means we must study our Bibles and know the prophecies, and diligently look for God's announcements in the heavens through signs such as the tetrads of Four Blood Moons, of which the last set finished on the Feast of Tabernacles, 28^th September 2015. Think what has happened since then: the Syrian refugees invading Europe: the Third Intifada began in Israel: the Palestinians increased attacking and murdering the Jews in Israel; the Palestinians raised their Palestinian State flag at UN; I.S. murdering innocent groups of people all over the world, and so on. The Bible is clear that only those who “watch” will be counted worthy to be raptured.

The Muslims all over the world have become aware of specific prophecies that have been fulfilled, that their Mahdi (Anointed One) is coming very soon, and they have become radicalized. It is prophesied that he will rid the world of infidels and rule, and they want to please him, so have already started to kill. Moslems believe they go to Paradise and have at least 20 virgins, if they are killed while on jihad, killing infidels, becoming martyrs! The Moslems' creed is to kill the infidels and make the entire world a Moslem Califate, so they are definitely not a peaceful people. Radicalized Moslems are blood-thirsty savages, according to their historical record. They have tried world domination before, but failed, but this time Satan is desperate to make sure they will win. He wants to rule the world himself.

The Truth –The Rapture is Coming

Jesus told His disciples on the Mount of Olives:

“Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

(Luke 21:36)

If you are deceived into believing there is no Rapture, prepare to stand in line to get your personal mark denoting allegience to the Antichrist, and becoming a Moslem. If you refuse the mark, your head will be cut off!

The apostle Paul makes it unmistakably clear that if you're not looking for Jesus, you're not going with Him in the Rapture. He writes:

“To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time.”

(Hebrews 9:28)

Jesus is coming back. The Bible says:

“Scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?” For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.”

(2 Peter 3:3-4)

Acts 1:9-11 emphatically states that Jesus will return the same way He left – visibly! Also Revelation 1:7 states emphatically that “every eye will see Him!” Most people have mobile devices that could send photos around the world in an instant, so that would be an easy thing to do, and there are TV cameras everywhere with reporters.

The fact that men do not believe Christ is coming back is evidence of the falling away that is predicted in 2 Thess. 2:3 as a condition before the King returns!

Paul describes the Rapture to the believers in Corinth and Thessalonika by declaring:

1. “For the [last] trumpet will sound....” (I Corinthians 15:52) and “The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout...” (I Thessalonians 4:16).

2. “We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed - “ (I Corinthians 15:51) and “The dead in Christ will rise first...” (I Thessalonians 4:16).

3. “In the twinkling of an eye...the dead shall be raised...”I Cor. 15:52) and “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air”(I Thessalonians 4:17).

The following verse paints this picture – Jesus Christ, the Prince of Glory, appearing suddenly in the heavens. The angels said, after His ascension:

“Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as

you saw Him go into heaven.”

(Acts 1:11)

When the time comes, the trumpet of God will sound, announcing the appearance of royalty, for He is the Prince of Peace, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is coming in the clouds of heaven for those who are watching for His glorious appearing. Look up, for the King is coming!

I believe we are at the very threshold, based on the biblical fact of a day with the Lord being as one thousand years, and we are at the end of the sixth millennium since the creation of humankind. Another reason is in Psalm 102:

“You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favour her, yes, the set time, has come. For Your servants take pleasure in her stones, and show favour to her dust. So the nations shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth Your glory. For the Lord shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.

(Psalm 102:13-16)

The Hebrew word for “set time” is moed (feast). On a feast day it will happen. Amazingly, in 1967 Zion was back in Jewish hands after 2000 years! All of the bickering going on in Israel is because Jerusalem, or Zion, is being built up with all those settlements! Look at the verse that follows:

This will be written for the generation to come...

(Psalm 106:18)

In Hebrew, the word for “generation to come” is acharone, and means the terminal generation or the last generation. So the generation that sees Jerusalem being built is the generation that will see the Lord appear in His glory!

A paraphrase of Genesis 1:14 could read: “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven and let them be for signs and signals when they occur on Passover, Rosh Hashanah (Trumpets), and Tabernacles!”

The Lord, the Creator of the universe wants to communicate with us, and the only way for us to realize the full ramifications is by knowing, following and being on His calendar!

WHAT'S NEXT ON THE AGENDA

I believe that we are definitely in the End Times, and Satan is extremely busy trying to destroy Israel, and, at the same time, he is deceiving the world, and even much of the Church, in many areas. Young people everywhere are one of the Devil's main targets, and since the end of the Six Day War in June 1967, he has used rock music to carry out his wicked scheme to lead the younger generation away from the true God. That should not come as a surprise, as he was the angel in charge of worship in Heaven before he rebelled against God.

Satan's Latest Schemes

Satan has used sex, drugs, rock music, teaching evolution, and New Age spirituality to build a wall between the God of Israel and His sons and daughters. He is also using a spirit of confusion on all age groups to condone and increase homosexuality. YVVH did NOT creat sexual confusion. He created man and woman. Anything else He calls an ABOMINATION. Most mainstream denominations and a few evangelical churches accept that abominable behav-iour in their congregations. It's way past the time for the true people of God to rise up, and speak up, and stop tolerating the things that God detests. The terror attack at the Gay nightclub in Orlando has increased the world's favour towards the confused LGBT community, further alienating the secular world from God and from Bible believing Christians.

Oh, I forgot to mention Harry Potter, which is aimed at teenagers and younger, and magic and occult cartoons which play on TV programmes aimed at pre-school age children every day in almost every nation.

The latest, and extremely sinister attack on our young people is called Tomorrowland, and it has been happening in Western nations since 2005. It has multitudes of young people totally mesmerised and openly worshipping demons. There is a very powerful evil anointing on these musical events, and the young people are being drawn deep into Satan's web.

Gotthard Base Tunnel Satanic Opening Ceremony

One more important thing …. It's not just the young people who are being drawn into Satan's web. Attended by Europe's most powerful people, the opening ceremony of the Gott-hard Base Tunnel was a dark, disturbing, weirdly satanic ritual. Over 57 km long, taking 17 years to complete, and costing over 11 billion Euros, the Gott-hard Tunnel is the world's longest and most expensive tunneling project in his-tory. To celebrate the inauguration of this tunnel, an elaborate ceremony was presented in front of European dignitaries such as Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, President Francois Hollande of France and the Italian Prime Minister. Tomorrowland

On 23^rd July 2016, a Tomorrowland “concert” was broadcast from Boom, Belgium, to seven other countries (including Israel) by satellite links. Most of the world is totally blind to what is going on. Tomorrowland is a massive electronic music festival that began in 2005 in Belgium. It started as a rather small festival, but quickly grew in popularity to include thousands of participants. Young people from all over the world now come to this event. Last year 400,000 Full Madness Passes sold out in 40 minutes, with no billboards or organized advertising. Word of mouth was sufficient to fill the event to the brim. Twenty-five airlines set up special flights to carry participants to and from the event from around the world. Last year 400 disc jockeys participated to create a soul seizing environment, and a constant flow of electronic stimulation. Tomorrowland is turning its participants into One Worlders, who will unify with a singular global leader. This event is no small thing.

Some former hippies might ask if this is just a good time … a gathering of friends to celebrate a carefree summer with lots of music (something like Woodstock in New York in 1969). NO! IT IS NOT! The organizers of this event are working a very deliberate program to entrap the hearts and minds of the participants. It is, at its heart, a bold move by the global elite, and by occult powers, to seduce the people of the world into a posture of total rebellion against YHVH, while opening the gates of the pit to invite the forces of hell to take up residence upon the earth. The main theme of this agenda is UNITY.

On the centre stage of Tomorrowland is a huge slowly spinning replica of the CERN hadron collider gate. Do you think there is any possibility of hypnosis or mind control going on? Also on stage is a giant mirror in which the digitally created face of the goddess Kali appears and speaks to the crowds. These messages were seductively spoken over the masses of eager participants. As helicopters flew overhead, and as beacons of coloured lights flashed across the night sky, a deep, powerful, male voice said: People of Tomorrow, as a new chapter unfolds, you will learn about one man, who knew the mysteries of the universe from within. Because of his vision, a great work was completed (CERN). With its sacred key, the machine can forge unique experiences continuously. Humanity can be reborn. The heartbeat of this device can be felt by you all. (THIS WAS BEING SPOKEN AS THE IMAGE OF THE CERN MACHINE REVOLVED IN FRONT OF THE CROWDS)

As the mirror lit up, and the face of Kali appeared, a sweet, seductive, mesmerising, female voice said: There is so much that can come between people. This can be healed by the expression of pure unity. Hold up your wristbands so that we can witness this illumination together. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS SEDUCTIVELY SPOKEN BY A DIGITALLY PROJECTED FACE OF KALI SHOWN IN A MIRROR. KALI IS THE HINDU GODDESS OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. She is the wife of Shiva, the Cosmic god, lord of the beasts, lord of the cosmic dance, the Destroyer. A statue of Shiva stands outside of the CERN headquarters. Do you see the connection?

Simply put, Tomorrowland is an organized effort for the people of the earth to call forth the antiChrist … even to pledge allegiance to Lucifer (the angel of Light … The Illuminated One), himself. Consider what the male voice said: you will learn about one man, who knew the mysteries of the universe from within. Lucifer, the cast-down archangel was an insider of heaven ... he once walked among the sacred stones in the High Kingdom at the beginning. In the Tomorrowland scenario, Satan is being portrayed as the man of vision … the author of the CERN project which is designed to open the portal between the second heaven and earth, so that the demons can invade the earth.

If the people of the earth unify, they can do anything, according to the scriptures. Genesis 11:6 says “The LORD said, Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. The dark powers want to have the human race reborn into a new value system and under a new authority of one, which our scriptures tell us will be the direct opposite character and kingdom from the character and Kingdom of YHVH. Cultural Changes Through Legislation

It is becoming all too obvious to those who are willing to see, and who have the discernment to connect the dots between these events and biblical scripture. Consider what we have been seeing culturally in recent years – things legislating the social changes which reject the way, will, word, and reality of YHVH:

• Homosexual rights and glorification

• Transgender acceptance and promotion … choosing one's gender and therefore choosing one's public toilet accordingly. UNITY!

• Demonizing of Christians and Jews … particularly those who honour the Bible

• Abortion rights and legalization of abortion

• Unity of nations, so that national sovereignty disappears

• Global treaties that obligate all nations to submit to global mandates that the citizens have not voted for

• The unification of all religions under one spiritual authority … the Pope? … the lie that all gods are the same one

• The breakdown of the family, and the encouragement of youth to come out from under their parents' teaching, influence and authority

• Unisex, re-distribution of wealth and entitlement for the undeserving, so that we all have the same level of goods

• Humanism taught in public education, while parents who speak out against this teaching are to be reported by their children to the school authorities

• The Global Warming ruse and the carbon footprint, greenhouse gases theory

• Cameras monitoring everyone, everywhere

• Chipping for identity and for buying and selling (they are chipping credit cards first, and then people)

The list could go on and on, but you get the idea.

The Satanic Threat of Tomorrowland

Back to Tomorrowland. The occult level, and the power of this threat can-not be underestimated. It is not a conspiracy theory. It is a 'Biblical prophesied reality. It is at the door. Our response cannot be any of the follow-ing reactions:

• We cannot close our eyes and hope it goes away

• We cannot blindly disbelieve what is being shown to us

• We cannot panic, nor be consumed with fear or with fatalism

• We cannot rush to our kids or to our grandkids and pour out all the information as a massive overload in an effort to save them

• We cannot take a skeptical 'wait and see' attitude. WE MUST NOT DELAY.

WE NEED TO PRAY AND TO BE INFORMED!

WE MUST UNITE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT AND SEEK SPIRITUAL STRATEGIES!

WE MUST PARTICIPATE IN WHATEVER THE LORD CALLS FORTH

Given that Israel is Satan's most sought-after prize, we have to direct our most intense prayers and warfare toward protecting Israel … particularly Jeru-salem. As Israel goes, so go the nations. That is the way the Lord set it up. Think about it! If the enemy can hear voices arising out of Jerusalem, calling UNITY in the Tomorrowland agenda, even if the Israelis don't know that they are calling for the anti-Christ to come … Satan will hear the legal spiritual welcome and permission for his global unity of a New World Order to arise. Satan will then be able to take that ground legally. Remember when Yeshua said, I will not return until I hear you (Jerusalem) say, “Baruch haba b Shem Adonai (blessed are you who comes in the name YHVH). There is a permis-sional greeting that is to be raised up in Jerusalem … one which will open the door for a global leader to come and take that seat of power, from which the world will be governed. Tomorrowland planned to raise up that invitation from Jerusalem on 23^rd July 2016. The organizers of this event intended to extend that Jerusalem invitation be given to Lucifer in the form of the anti-Messiah from the Payis Arena in Jerusalem … and from that location to key links around the globe. This is not an assumption, nor is it fantasy or delusion. It is very real, and prepare your defences now.

First, cover yourself, all your loved ones, and everything pertaining to your life, with the blood of Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Christ). Do it daily, and put on the armour of the Lord each day as well (Eph. 6).

Check out the facts about Tomorrowland and get informed. You have to personally KNOW that this is real. Get confirmation from YHVH that this is the truth, and this is the time. Carefully, and wisely spread the word. Share what I write, but please remove all my identifying and contact information. Cut and paste the information to blank documents.

We need to organize in groups of Holy Spirit-filled believers. Hopefully, pastors, rabbis and spiritual leaders will come on board. Youth groups need to be alerted to come together to seek the Lord. Summer vacation will take many of the college students off campus, but campus organiza-tions of faith need to get the word out to their membership. This will need much prayer in agreement.

Then we need to pray and fast as the Lord directs. Keep in mind that we pray in the name of Yeshua Ha Mashiach or Jesus the Christ. Praying only in the name of Jesus, without connecting that name with His title (which is His authority and identity) is of no effect. The world is filled with people named Jesus or Yeshua. The power is in the full name, which in-cludes the divine title.

Listen to what the Lord is saying about binding demons and strongmen … get His strategy for taking down strongholds. Hear, listen, obey precisely! Petitional prayers will not take down this threat. Intense inter-cession and focused spiritual warfare will be required. That includes some form of fasting. Fast one meal a day, or one day a week, or what-ever the Lord req uests of you.

Search the scriptures for decrees and declarations as well as for proven strategy. Know the promises of YHVH, and discern the season and timing of their application.

Give extra prayer cover for those battling this threat on the front lines. Cover the truth tellers, but also become one who distributes the truth to the ignorant and to the deceived. Ask for YHVH's wisdom in how to do all that.

Jubilee Year October 2016-2017

Mark down 3rd-28^th October on your calendars for the next few years, as these are the next Autumn Feasts of the Lord. Things are really heating up in Israel at present, with blood-crazed Palestinians/Arabs murdering Jews just because they are Jews. Russia and China have a presence in Syria, and they have already flattened many cities in Syria while trying to remove rebels and terrorists (they say). Both will attack Israel to plunder her, either before or after the covenant with Israel is made.

God always does important things affecting Israel on one of the Feasts of the Lord. The Autumn feasts are (1) the Feast of Trumpets, (2) the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur (11^th or 12^th October 2016), and (3) the Feast of Tabernacles (16^th October 2016), and trouble is already stirring in Jerusalem with many stabbings of Jewish Border Police, seven attacks in four days in September so far.

On 2^nd October 2016, the Feast of Trumpets (or Rosh Hashanah) occurs, marking the beginning of a new Jubilee year, as well as the Jewish New Year. One of the dynamics of the Jubilee is the return of something that has been taken. If the timing is correct, then 1966-67 was a Jubilee year, and Israel got East Jerusalem back. Fifty years before that was 1916-17, the year of the Balfour Partition of Palestine which led to the rebirth of Israel in 1947-48. Those 2 steps point forward to 2016-17 as being a Jubilee.

The thing that needs to be returned to the people of Israel now is control over the Temple Mount, and the rebuilding of the Temple where the Al Aksa mosque has been sitting for the last 1326 years. Could it be that the spirit realm knows something that most people don't know, and the agitation over the Mount is an indication that something dramatic is about to happen. If this is a Jubilee year, it will end in mid-October 2017, so we may be very close to some major events taking place in Jerusalem and the world.

As well as the Temple Mount being a flashpoint, the Gaza strip is another one. Hamas is reportedly excavating 10 kms of new tunnels every month, and continues to build up its stockpile of rockets and other weaponry. Israeli Air Force jets bombed more than 50 terror sites in Gaza mid-September, after a rocket from Gaza landed in Sderot. That rocket was the 14^th fired at Israel so far in 2016, in spite of the ceasefire agreement. (This information from Israeli news source.)

Also from Israeli news source, there has been a multi-faith gathering called Mekudeshet (betrothed) in various locations in Jerusalem from 4th-23^rd September, during which representatives of every faith under the sun have met together to discuss various topics, such as “Seven Ways to Devolve Boundaries”, during which the Pope will strive to push for “Two State Solution” during his time in Israel. Also present, people from the music and entertainment world. Then on 23^rd September, the Pope will proclaim Lucifer as God of the New World Religion.

Pope Francis and the previous Pope John Paul spent a lot of time travelling to various countries encouraging them to join together in a new World Religion to make peace reign over the world. They made a lot of friends as a result.

In Revelations 13 and following, the Antichrist will come as a peace-maker, yet he will bathe the world in blood. Watch to see who solves the Israel/Arab conflict.

Because of the awful situation in Israel, there is going to come a “peacemaker” who will make a Peace Treaty with Israel for seven years. At some point he receives a fatal wound, but is miraculously raised from the dead. The “peacemaker” is instrumental in having the Temple rebuilt in Jerusalem, and sacrifices reinstated, and the Jews will love him for it.

The “peacemaker” will present himself as an economic czar and prove to be a global dictator. After three and a half years, he will break the treaty with Israel, and then watch out for all hell to break loose, and the Great Tribulation is upon us. He will desecrate the Temple, and declare he is God.

His running mate will be head of the New World Religion (possibly Roman Catholic Church. Pope John Paul did his best travelling the world to bring all the religions of the world together – a miracle in itself!) This running mate will do wonderful signs and wonders, by Satan's power, and boost the popularity of the “peacemaker”, so that he is made Leader of the New World Order, the world government. A compulsary trading mark is put on everybody to enable them to buy and sell, a recognition that they give allegiance to the Leader. This mark denotes a compulsary joining of the New World Religion (Islam?). Those who refuse this mark will be put to death, beheaded.

The Muslims are awaiting their Mahdi, due very soon, who will rule the world. They have a mark that looks like 666 on its side, which they will insist new believers have placed on their foreheads to prove loyalty to their Mahdi. The Mahdi and the Christ have similarities galore, but some very strong differences too. Could the Mahdi be the Anti-Christ? See Chapter 18 The Threat of Islam.

Time is very short.

WARNING: Make sure you are ready for what is ahead. Do not be deceived. Read the Bible yourself to make sure you are getting the truth. Be aware of what it says in the Bible. A good Concordance really helps find a scripture. Don't believe what I say – be like the Bereans and check everything out for yourself. Your eternal destiny is in your own hands. You can't blame anyone else for being caught out, if you don't study the Word for yourself. You have to endure to the end to be saved. Don't rely on a past salvation experience if you haven't lived for Jesus recently, or are backsliding. Depending on your present spiritual state, you will receive rewards or punishment (Rev. 22:12-14; 19:7-8).
